Our mind and body is our strongest weapon to reconnect with ourselves.
It requires a multidimensional view to understand the unity of the mind and body.
Like life itself, the yoga practice can be as sweet as honey and as spicy as chilly.
My way of seeing yoga focuses on the correct alignment of the spine as well as on building strength and flexibility while practicing.

It is a journey in which the breathe leads the way to create visions.
